The property seemed spotlessly clean and the room was immaculate and budget. The staff was affable and welcoming, offered very good services. The location was central, near to the Bar/Restaurant which had a great menu, and the highlands. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

Excellent staff very friendly and welcoming. Excellent evening meal and breakfast slept well and easy to find the Inn.
On arrival I had to negotiate a steep set of stairs with my suitcase myself and the door to where my room was located was unlit and I had to search around to find a light switch in the half light. After a long journey guests do not need the Krypton factor thanks.

Retired couple from the USA. This quiet little Inn is a diamond in the ruff. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds and great bathroom/shower.. The view from the room overlooks a pond with wild ducks and the mountains. The attached restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. The owners of the Inn and their staff went out of their way to to assure we were comfortable and accommodated. It is only a 15 minute drive from Fort Williams and well worth the savings.

spacious bathrooms, beautiful room refurbishment, proximity to outdoor activities
Food options might benefit from a wider selection!!! Hot water availability could be improved during busy times!!! Management's response to issues seemed lacking!!! Consistency in room cleaning practices needs attention!!!

Bedroom very comfortable and clean to a high standard. Service excellent, relaxed pub in the evening with good food. Highly recommended.

I did not understood why do you have to pay another pound for the electricity when you arrive at the hotel? Plus they gave me no receipt for it, and the electricity card had 16 pounds on it. And to heat your room you have to wait one or two days, because they are using an electric heater that needs a lot of time to start working. Very bad experience, I will never go there again, EVER!

very friendly staff, good food at reasonable prices in the restaurant and a good selection of real ales in the bar make the hotel an excellent base for walking/climbing in the Ben Nevis area at a very fair price
